Because every item is custom-made and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once we verify the issue, a replacement item will be sent promptly.

We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.
